How I Can Help

I’m Andree — a certified facilitator of trauma-sensitive yoga and movement therapy. I help people who feel stuck in their bodies, like the past is still shaking them, or who just can’t find calm anywhere. Together we’ll use gentle movement, breath, and connection to move you from surviving into living.

I believe true healing begins when we feel safe in our own bodies. Through mindful awareness and compassionate guidance, I help you rebuild that sense of safety, one breath and one movement at a time. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, allowing space for curiosity, stillness, and release.
My approach blends the science of trauma recovery with the wisdom of yoga and somatic practices. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, or the lingering effects of trauma, we’ll work together to restore balance, trust, and connection — helping you feel grounded, empowered, and at peace within yourself.

No. This is not a typical yoga class. We move with invitation, not intensity. You’ll be guided at your own pace.
Things like trauma, PTSD, anxiety, chronic stress, disconnection from body — if your nervous system is feeling stuck, we can help.
Everyone is different. Some feel shift in a few sessions, others benefit from a longer rhythm. We’ll talk through what might work for you in our free consultation.
Yes — virtual sessions are available, and they’re designed to feel just as safe, private and effective as in-person.
I aim to stay flexible. If you need to reschedule, just reach out as soon as you can and we’ll adjust to what works.
